Water Knowledge

Nearly 60% of your body is made of water, making it a vital part of your body system. While there are many alternatives to water, it is still the purest and best form of hydration to your daily intake.

How much water should a person drink a day?

While it depends on your stage of life, your gender and how old you are, most teens and adults are recommended to drink at least 2-2.5 litres of water a day. That rounds up to about 8 glasses (250 mL) of water a day.

What are some health benefits water can bring you?

Cleanse. Hydrate. Recover.

Water is vital to your body. As your body builds toxins from the food and drinks you intake, water is able to flush out these toxins out of your system. It also hydrates your skin, giving you a beautiful glow. Water gives you energy as you recover from your exercises.

With all these benefits, it is why water is such an essential part of our lives.
